Chris was much better than any other agent we dealt with and helped ensure our home purchase happened! We had some agents who refused to work with us altogether, but we had one broker who tried to get us a deal and was able to get a high-interest deal for us, but it was very intensive, with many requests and in the end, the company broke their commitment letter and backed out of financing anyway. Chris was much better! He worked with us and a lender to get an excellent approval for a low/standard rate mortgage. We got our offer, got the seller to agree to new timeline and the whole process was painless with Chris. He asked for information needed, but there was no constant pestering for updated balances every day, or so on. In the end, deal closed fine and we got much better terms on our mortgage. If you want to have a painless experience getting a good rate mortgage, contact Chris! I recommend him and would use him again!

Chris is amazing. Outstanding. HE CARES. The clients' situation can be different, better or worse, but Chris never gives up and strives to find best deal possible for everybody.
